These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of cx777i, accessible at cx777i.app. By creating an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. 1Acceptance of Terms

3Account Registration

You may register only one personal account at cx777i. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid mobile number, date of birth, and a working email address. cx777i uses this information to verify your identity, process withdrawals, and communicate important account notices.

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cx777i login credentials.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions at cx777i are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 500 and the minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000.

  • Deposits are typically credited to your cx777i wallet within seconds to a few minutes depending on the payment method.
  • Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 60 minutes for mobile wallet methods. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
  • cx777i does not charge a processing fee on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside cx777i's control.
  • Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and verified by cx777i. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
  • cx777i reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals, including but not limited to CNIC copies and bank statements, as part of our KYC process.

Funds deposited at cx777i are held in segregated accounts separate from operational funds. Your balance is your balance — cx777i does not use player funds for operational expenses.

5Bonuses & Promotions

cx777i offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free credits, and tournament prizes. Each promotion carries its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer.

  • Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
  • cx777i reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
  • Only one bonus offer may be active at a time per account unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
  • Any attempt to exploit bonus structures — including but not limited to matched betting with bonus funds, creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
  • cx777i's decision on all bonus-related disputes is final.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

Each game and betting market available at cx777i operates under its own specific rules, which are made available within the relevant game or market interface. By participating in any game or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

  • Bets accepted by cx777i are binding. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
  • cx777i uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Results are provably random and not subject to manipulation by cx777i or any third party.
  • In the event of a technical fault or disconnection mid-game, cx777i's server logs will determine the outcome. Any confirmed results at the time of disconnection stand.
  • cx777i reserves the right to void bets where a clear error in odds or game configuration is identified, regardless of whether winnings have been credited.
  • Maximum and minimum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These are displayed within each game interface.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited at cx777i. Any player found engaging in these activities will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

9Intellectual Property

All content on cx777i — including but not limited to graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and the cx777i brand name — is the intellectual property of cx777i or its licensed providers. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or modify any cx777i content without explicit written permission.

cx777i grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, data scraping, or redistribution of cx777i content.

10Limitation of Liability

cx777i provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous and reliable service, cx777i cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

  • cx777i shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical faults, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service failures beyond our reasonable control.
  • cx777i's total liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
  • cx777i is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of expected profits or winnings.

12Account Suspension & Termination

cx777i reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms.
  • Failure to complete identity or age verification within a specified timeframe.
  • Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
  • Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be deactivated.
  • Player request for account closure.

In the event of account suspension due to a breach, cx777i reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited. In all other closure cases, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

13Amendments to Terms

cx777i may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cx777i will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

14Governing Law & Disputes

cx777i aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days and to reach a resolution within 30 days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, both parties agree to pursue resolution through appropriate alternative dispute channels before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
